Access to accounts 24 hours a day through your touch-tone telephone
To use Touch-Tone Banking, the account number and last four digits of the
primary account holder's social security number will be needed. The customer
will be prompted to change the security code to a number that is easy for
them to remember. This new number will be their new Personal Identification
Number or PIN.
